Instructions Before And After Hair Transplantation Operation

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION OPERATION

Alcohol should be stopped at least 5 days before the operation date
Wear comfortable clothes on the day of the operation
Blood thinners medications such as aspirin should be stopped at least 5 days before the operation date
Coffee and green tea are forbidden one day before the operation
Stop using medical Lotions and creams that affect the hair
The number of cigarettes should be reduced to as few as possible
Inform the physician in charge about contagious and chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart problems, Hypertension and other diseases and medications, if any.
Please bring your passport or a copy of it
Wash hair well one day before the operation.

WASHING METHOD AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION OPERATION

Put the lotion (cream) for 30-40 minutes on the place of transplanted hair and the donor area too.
Gently tap on the head in the first ten days and avoid rubbing the area.

NOTES

Put the shampoo foam on the head and tap it gently as well.
Wash the head with water that is inclined to cold (lukewarm) with an average flow.
Wash the hair daily by tapping the water gently into it in the first ten days after the operation,

After the first ten days change the method of washing to massage in circular motions, You can dry the forehead and the donor area but avoid touching the planted area with any kind of fabric or towels.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION OPERATION

Alcohol and green tea are forbidden for 5 days before and after the operation
Do not wear Agal or hat for 10 days after the operation
Avoid use blood thinners medications (as aspirin, insulin, and vitamins) for 5 days before and after the operation
Avoid dye your hair for 6 months after the date of operation
Avoid scratch the place of transplanted hair for a month after the operation
Avoid exercise for a month after the operation, especially swimming and football for a month and a half
Avoid shaving using razor and just use the shaver machine and scissors
Avoid physical exertion for a month after the operation, do not have sex for 5 days after operation
Avoid bowing and prostration during prayer for 5 days (pray sitting) after operation
Avoid exposure to the burning sun for two weeks after the operation
Sleep on the back for a week after the operation and avoid moving during sleep
